
Paul Silverman
Paul Silverman has a highly diversified and successful track record spanning 35 years serving as an experienced senior corporate management executive, global management consultant, public and private company CEO and entrepreneur. In August 2009, Mr. Silverman agreed to serve as EVP Corporate Strategy and Government Affairs for MSPA.
He also currently serves as an Executive Advisor supporting senior management clients in areas of capital formulation strategies, new financing, global business development, or strategy management. Paul Silverman is also assisting in the launch and financing of a new venture developing personalized medicine technologies. He has also recently been invited to assist the government in the development of a planned new national emergency medical response and triage network to improve the nation's response to pandemics, natural disasters and terrorism.
In December 2008, Mr. Silverman accepted an appointment to serve as Special Representative for the Virginia Israeli Advisory Board (VIAB) within Governor Tim Kaine's office to identify, review and assist in attracting Israeli-based defense, homeland security and next gen health care companies to Virginia.
Mr. Silverman contributes to the educational sector now serving as Adjunct Professor in the School of Management at George Mason University and formerly in the Kogod School of Business at American University. He teaches Advanced Business Strategy Management, International Business and Entrepreneurship courses.
A frequent speaker at industry conferences and user groups, Mr. Silverman has published many articles and Op-eds on management, international business, market trends, policy and business issues.
